"As a photographer I use fog as a tool whenever I get the chance, these pictures were taken the first time I encountered sea fog. Normally photographing when it is foggy means hours spent outside in the cold, but this was May, the weather was warm, and I was wearing shorts for the first time that year, when out of the blue the sea fog rolled in from the sea.
Sea fog comes and goes, it changes in seconds. You see things, then they disappear, and show up seconds later. You have to look for them. In these photos the same phenomenon appears. It’s not all that you see at first, but seconds later it shows.”
